Job Overview: Senior Process Associate/Process Expert

Bosch is currently seeking dedicated professionals to join its dynamic team in Electronic City, Bangalore. This full-time position invites skilled individuals passionate about invoice processing and financial operations to make their mark in a world-renowned organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

Invoice Processing and Management
- Review, process, and settle invoices with precision.
- Match invoices to purchase orders, delivery receipts, and contracts.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices within Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Aging Invoice Resolution
- Prioritize clearing old and open invoices, ensuring no invoices remain pending for over 30 days.
- Analyze Goods Receipt (GR) positions, reconcile discrepancies, and coordinate with stakeholders to address unresolved items.
System Operations and Reporting
- Maintain and create recurring postings within SAP systems.
- Perform write-offs as required and ensure adherence to quality standards during invoice processing.
Workflow Optimization
- Implement automation logic to streamline processes.
- Seek continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Vendor Communication and Collaboration
- Engage with vendors to resolve disputes and clarify payment details.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless operations.

Required Skills and Expertise

Invoice-to-Pay Process Mastery
Proficient understanding of the end-to-end invoice-to-pay cycle.
ERP System Expertise
Advanced knowledge of SAP ERP systems and other invoice processing software.
Communication Skills
Competent in vendor interactions and internal collaboration for smooth operations.
Problem-Solving Abilities
Skilled in identifying and resolving complex discrepancies effectively.
Time Management
Adept at managing multiple tasks and invoices efficiently under deadlines.
Workflow Automation

Language Proficiency
Fluency in German (written and oral) at B1 level or above is highly preferred for German-specific processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields (preferred).
