 The National Highways Logistics Management Limited (NHLML) is inviting applications from experienced professionals for various positions to drive the implementation of Multi Modal Logistics Parks (MMLPs), Port Connectivity Roads, Inter Modal Stations, Ropeways, Wayside Amenities, OFC Laying, and other associated projects. Eligibility Criteria

1. Company Secretary (All SPVs of NHLML)

Educational Qualification: Graduate in Commerce and qualified Company Secretary.
Experience: 2-9 years of post-qualification experience.
Additional Skills: Exposure to Tally is required.

2. Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Technical

Educational Qualification: B.Tech/ BE in relevant engineering disciplines.
Experience: 20 years of experience, with 10 years in passenger/logistics infrastructure and 5 years in a leadership role.

3. Senior Vice President Regional Officer

Educational Qualification: Graduate in Engineering.
Experience: 18 years of experience, including 5 years in leadership and 5 years in passenger transport/logistics infrastructure.

4. Assistant Vice President - MMLP / Ropeways / HSE

Educational Qualification: Graduate in relevant fields.
Experience: 12 years of experience in transportation, including 5 years in ICD management.

5. Chief Manager - Technical / Project Office (Ropeways)

Educational Qualification: B.Tech/ BE in relevant engineering disciplines.
Experience: 9 years of experience in construction management, with 3 years in large-scale logistics/transportation projects.

6. Vice President (Finance & Accounts)

Educational Qualification: Qualified CA/CMA.
Experience: 15 years of experience, including 5 years in leadership roles handling finance/accounts for infrastructure projects.

7. Vice President (Technical) (Way Side Amenities)

Educational Qualification: Graduate in Engineering/Architecture.
Experience: 15 years of experience, with 5 years in passenger amenities and large infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

Company Secretary: Manage compliance with regulatory requirements, handle corporate governance matters, and maintain statutory records.
Chief Operating Officer: Oversee technical operations, ensure timely project delivery, and provide leadership in strategic decision-making.
Senior Vice President Regional Officer: Manage regional operations, coordinate project implementation, and ensure adherence to technical standards.
Assistant Vice President: Lead projects in MMLP, ropeways, and HSE domains, ensuring quality and safety.
Chief Manager: Supervise technical aspects of ropeway projects, including planning and execution.
Vice President (Finance & Accounts): Manage financial planning, budget control, and compliance with financial regulations.
Vice President (Technical): Oversee technical aspects of wayside amenities, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Selection Process
