Position: HR Recruiter
We are on the lookout for a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and Non-IT recruitment, along with experience in campus recruitment. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Identify and engage top talent through various sourcing methods such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build strong relationships with colleges and universities to facilitate campus recruitment initiatives.
- Maintain an updated database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and provide valuable hiring insights.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Stay updated with market trends and best recruitment practices.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Graduation in any discipline.
- Experience: 1.5 - 3 years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent negotiation and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and job portals.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with potential candidates.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in campus recruitment.
- Willingness to travel for hiring and recruitment events (Male candidates preferred).
